Hi saber thanks for the hug and for caring and had the day off today and very very hot so had a barbecue with the grandkids it was a lovely day, pain a little bit better today but just taking it day by day, hope you are ok and life is being good to you, god blessxxxxx

drank for 15 yrs plus abbusive 1st marriage had 3 children divorced lots of bad relatoinships remarried still drinking i wasall ways angry tried to take my own life thank god it did not work got sent a way twice to detox came back to family and still drank i just wanted to feel differnt but did not know how did stop on my own for a while but drank again it got worse i got worse i got in touch with AA THAT WAS 22 YRS AGO today i am ok i am a widow now but i still have my sobriety thank to AA

- 12 Step Program Working / Worked
- Was scared i would not do it right but have a wonderfull sponcer who told just do it i did and it made a better person of me and was a great help to get it all out
- AA Meetings Working / Worked
- best thing i ever did and i love the way i am excepted by all and i am able to help others like i was helped and loved and cared for
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- did it once on my own noy reccomended and drank again
- Detox Working / Worked
- not nice but best way to do it
- Sleep Working / Worked
- thats all i wanted to do for a long time but could not my head was to busy with guilt sleep well today
