Hello people, i'm a mother of 5 who is working this year on losing weight i'm currently not feeling my best i have type 2 diabetis and is time to change a few things so i set me a goal and i intent to follow thru this year.

not really sure what to say, somedays i'm good athers i feel like eating everything in sight, not a good feeling to have and is not helping my diabetes.

Open Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
: I have lost a child to SIDSMy son charle was born to us november 3rd only for us to give him back back the very next day doctors could not tell me what had happend, they said it was (SIDS) at the time i was only 17 years old i was not familiar with it and not sure why me!!

well my problem started when i was gaining weight even though i was dieting and working out i thougt that was odd them my mom's doc mention since my mom had problems with hers i might too since it runs in families so i had my tested and it was, i felt so stupid all this time i felt like a loser and now it all ,akes sence!!

Open Autism / Autism Spectrum
When my twins were born in aug 27th i was 51/2 months pregnant and i was told they weren't going to make it, then at the age of 4 i was told by 3 different doctors my twins were autistic and that has been a learning experiens for all the family.
Treatments

- milk and other dary prodocts.
- Early Intervention Working / Worked
- took them to an specialist to help them learn at their level.
- Picture / Word Schedules Working / Worked
- we put pictures on the frige dore to let them know when is time to do things throught the day.
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- It has been great so much to learn and do with them blessed my doctors they are great with my boys.
