  my trick is "a laugh a day keeps the beer truck away"....laughing at this whole situation, laughing at myself and how i've been and what I've become and finding hope and joy in the fact that I can get out of it (with support) - that is what is keeping me going at the moment, that and serious dose of humility. Keep going mate, it does get easier the clearer and more peaceful your mind becomes. x

  Stay strong my friend. I know you are going through a very rough time right now, and it is completely understandable that one would go back to drinking after something like this happens.
