OK Ladies

The patch is called Lidoderm it is a cotton patch with 5% lidocaine on it. you can ware it for up to 12 hours. It is wonderful. And for those of us that are sensitive to adheasive it is great as the patch stays in place with the medication mixed with a small amount of adhesive that does not smother your skin like others do. So no redness no blisters no pain on removel. it just slips right off.

The insurance company pays for all but 5 dollars a month for 30 patches. you wear one for 12 hours then take it off for 12 hours. so a box last a whole month or longer. There are some nights that I have not had to use them as they seem to help a lot. So those of you with MS or any spinal problems ASK your docs about these. I promis you will get a better night sleep. The horrible grinding pain from the MS and fibro both seem to let up a lot with this patch.

PS if you could spare an extra prayer. I have a niece that could use it. She is in a high risk pregnancy. She has high PB and started spotting yesterday. She is not due till end of year. She so wants this baby. It will be her first and maybe only.

I will keep your neice in my prayers. Seems like it has been one thing after another for you. Any ideas where you guys may call home next? I would love you to come to Chicagoland area, what fun we could have! Glad those patches are working and even better the insurance is paying for the bulk of them. ((hugs))marcia

Oh sweetie I get those patches and I love'm - I wouldn't go a day without them... I am glad the doc gave'em to you... Everyone should ask their doc for them.. How's the packing going?? Love and miss ya..
