      My husband opf 12 years and I have just seperated. This will be my second divorce. I am raising his son from his first marriage as well as ours. He really irritates me as it is all about money and he is really showing his selfish side. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

      Treatments

      Al-Anon Not Working
      Terrible experience.
      Couples Counseling Not Working
      He was too focused on his recovery to see the forest past the trees. He didn't understand how someone could have unconditional love, especially for him
      Love Not Working
      I loved him in every eay the word could be interperted. I stood by through all the bad times. As long as we were together I thought we could get through anything.
      Psychotherapy Working / Worked
      I go to therapy every other week and I;m on meds for the stress and depression that has resulted over the years
      Support from Friends & Family Not Working
      My family was supportive in the beginning, then it went to disgust because of whathe had put myself and the children though. They are starting to come around again.
      Support Groups Too Soon to Tell
      This is my first support group. I never needed one with my first divorce. I didn't have all this other emotional baggage. I hope it helps.

      I was just diagonsed earlier this year. I always wrote every ache and pain off to old age and arthritis. My husband, whom I am now seperated form, just rolled his eyes and even mentioned he thought I was a hperchondriac. Talk about wanting to throttle someone. I also have Chronic fatigue, I guess they kind of go hand in hand. Not fun at all.

      It helps. Just to be able to complain about the aches and pains to someone who knows I;m not imagining it.

      I thought I was dealing with narcolepsy. I would cathc myself dozing while driving, at ny desk at work. Ugh. I have sleep apenea as well, they think that contributes. There are days I gey my nights and days mixed up.

      Klonopin Working / Worked
      It helps with the anxiety that can accompany this disorder and it helps me to sleep at night.
      Melatonin Somewhat Helpful
      This worked for the first 3 months to help sleep at night and not so much during the day. Then it stopped working.
      Psychotherapy Working / Worked
      She has helped to suggest relaxing techniques in the evening to help me want to sleep then.

      working, but aggrevate the anwiety so I have to take every other day

      If you catch it early enough, this works great other wise you have to breathe until it does

      Works go every other wekk, more if needed and have the ability to email her when needed

      At night for RLS and in the morning to keep flareups under control

      When klonopin isn't enough, this is to help with attacks

      I have 3 teenagers, 2 are 17, stepson & son, and one is 15, he's another stepson that I am raising. I wasn't going to join I have so many communities already, but I was invited to, so here I am.

      Day by day living and my own experiences, from the female perspective.
      Love Working / Worked
      I love my boys more than anything in the world and they take very good care of me. I have them very self sufficient, they will not have to depend on anyone.

      My youngest son is 11. He is the apple of my eye. He and I both almost didn't make it when he was born and because of that I find myself treating him a bot different. He is an absolute genius when it comes to math.
