I love computer games, animals, shopping (of course!)reading, sewing, gardening and the outdoors. Most of all I love my Lord and Saviour. Originally from Colorado. Miss my mountains and my family. My favorite foods.. Italian and Cheese cake! and anything that I dont cook and that anything dosent eat me first. lol

Close Tinnitus
I have had Tinnitus for many many years now in both ears. Sometimes it gets unbearable!My hearing has gotten pretty bad over the years from this. I hope to connect with others suffering from this. Have tried several different meds, nothing has helped so I am not on any treatment now. Guess I just have to learn to cope with it and try to keep my sanity. Thanks!
Close Arthritis
Hi.. I have had Osteoarthritis since I was in my late 20's I am now 51.It is in my hands and my knees. My fingers are getting the bumps on my first knuckles worst on my right hand and index and middle finger. Painfull, Stiff and swelling.All the females in my family suffer from this. Anyway, hope to try to be a support for others suffering from this.
Open GERD & Heartburn
Hello.. I started getting severe heartburn about 7 months ago. I dealt with it on my own with mylanta, and rolaids.didnt work that well.Doc gave me 2 weeks worth of Nexium.worked GREAT!then I found out how much it costs to get the prescription filled. 145.00!So that was it for Nexium.I then went to Prilosec otc. does a great job to controll it.But if I miss even 2 pills Its right back to horrible heartburn and acid reflux.

- Antacids Somewhat Helpful
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- cut back on coffee, spicey and greasy foods. avoid eating anything a couple hours before bedtime.
- Baking Soda Working / Worked
- Nexium Working / Worked
- 1 day and got relief.
- Prilosec Working / Worked
- I started this right after the nexium, some say it may take days for it to work, but I didnt have any off time from Nexium to prilosec otc.
- Protonix Working / Worked

Type: Loss of a SiblingLost my brother 7 years ago in October to alchol.He was my best friend. I still miss him so much. I feel it is important to be here in this community in hopes of helping someone else that has lost a brother or loved one.

Open Restless Legs Syndrome
I have RLS not confirmed by a doctor, but I know what it is. Trying to sleep and legs get tingling sensations wanting to move and it cant be ignored.. just makes it worse.. I would go do some stretching or walking but that didnt help much. Im not on any meds for this and I dont want any..lol I declined once on joining this group because I have so many other problems..lol But decided I could learn more about this from all of you.

I have had pain under my right rib for over 6 years. along with other symptoms.In the past year I have seen a doctor about this. I know, I waited way too long) Had an ultra sound test, no stones..still the pain persists and getting worse. I have been on sulfa.. that helped until I became allergic to it. Now Im on Protonix and zantac... helped for over a week, pain starting back again. Doc thinks my gallbladder is not functoning right and after my last week on these meds with no relief.surgery?
