I have 2 boys ages 4 and 9. They are both in private placement and I am interested in considering homeschooling. My youngest is high functioning autism PDD-NOS, and my older boy had attention issues, but is a great kid, actually they both are.
My 4 year old is diagnosed with autism and the most challenging trait we are dealing with is his ODD. If i say yes he says no.. if i say no he say yes... I am here to get insight on hope to help him become the best he can be.
I have a 4 year old who is on the autism spectrum and he has strong obsessions. I am joining this group to find ways to help him cope and understand how things are and what we can do as a family to support him to have a happy life.
I am the mother of 2 boys and my husband "plays" the stock market. I have to sue the school in Due Process since my younger is suffering from Autism and the school will not educate him appropriately. Both of my kids are in private school and it is quite costly. My ASD boy needs therapy that is not paid for by insurance or the state or school or any other means. I used to be a penny pincher, but now I am a dollar pincher!
