Two week vacation travelling from Tennessee to Texas just about did me in painwise. My spine feels like I have been run over by a Mack truck. Of course I am now in a fibro flare even with the lyrica at 450 mgs. per day. I blame this on all the extra activity with the trip.
Good news, I got to see my 97 yr old Daddy and had some wonderful visits including when I took him his favorite dessert, a banana split. He ate all of it BUT the banana. hahaha
Anyway, took second vitamin D and will be seeing Director of Rheumatology at Vanderbilt Hospital to discuss the treatment of my chronic pain and fibro.
