Wednesday was interesting - got the patient advocate involved.....and we finally have some items scheduled.  Anderson called RM and told him to be there at 4 - he was, they said he wasn't supposed to be there, so headed home, 30 minutes later they called and wanted to know why he missed his appointment.  Talk about a Chinese Fire Drill.

Today he had appt to get blood pulled, and see the oncologist - the patient advocate was there also.  Dr P did admit this had been dragging out too long.  She also told him he was getting a long-line tomorrow and a PEG (feeding tube).  Since he is petrified of needles Friday is not gonna be a good day.

We then went to the area where the feeding tube will be inserted and met those folks and answered questions 2 more times.  I really dread him going thru this tomorrow.

I went on to work for half the day and then was advised the closing on Monaville is being put off until Tuesday.

Monday he starts chemo.  One drug is a 'once-a-week' and the other is pump infusion (Monday they install the meds and Friday they remove)...don't know when radiation starts but they are 'drawing' the target Monday  - radiation will be five days a week.  This is gonna be a really 'trying' 28 days.

I am certain our seller is getting really annoyed that closing is going 2 weeks past the original date but there is nothing I can do about it.....it is all up to the lender.  I just hope RM can actually make it to closing on Tuesday.

I am getting too old for all this - my birthday which is also our anniversay is next week and it will just be 'another day'.
