Hi guys. How are my cohorts in crime? Well I trust.

I am doing fine with the wash out on the Avonex. Feel good. I have noticed that the RLS is also lessening........ yeehaaa! That is a misery in it self. MS is not so bad, but the side effects from meds........SUCK!!

I hope everyone is doing well. I know there are challenges to be faced by some, not all are MS related. I am sure that MS has played its part. Just know that friends care and are here always.

I have talked about what a great time was had at the beach. I have reserved the same house for May 3rd thru 10th, 2009. The invitation stands open for anyone who wishes to join us. Just let me know early, space is limited even in a big house. If anyone would like another opinion.......just ask "sharktooflady" here on DS.

A great time we did have! Man it was a blast. Even went to the Aquarium down there. Let me tell you folks, Spyder & Doe are some awesome people. Down to earth, funny, and that Doe is a beautiful Lady. Still not sure how old Stevo landed her.LOL (Just kidding Dude)

Hubby & I would love to do a return trip next year. The house is really beautiful & huge. Stay well my Friend. You are doing great. Love, Mel
