Hey Kids.........I'm back. Hope everyone is stepping high and feeling well.

I finally got back to the beach after my neuro appt. I have 2 new lesions and that means my Avonex is not working. Neuro asked me to decide between Rebif and Tysabri........ I chose the Tysabri. I know, I know....... dancing with the devil. But I have danced with him before. Not afraid.

The beach was tremendous fun. Sharktooflady and her husband are great down to earth people. He is the fire chief where they live and she works a couple of days a week primarily fitting people with pressure garments. She loves to collect fossils, so I arranged a trip to a local quarry. We all had a great day, got sunburned necks, found some fossils, and were tired beyond measure. Our next get-together will be in Charleston, South Carolina. Again for fossil hunting, beer drinking, and generally having a great time..........

I am so glad you have had a good time...goodness knows we all deserve it after Lab work, MRI and every other run through the gauntlet...Kids are comeing over today...Happy Mother's Day...all that . Huggles good friend.

Sounds like you had a Fantastic Time...I am so happy for you..Good Luck on the Tysabri, I hear many good things about it. I know you enjoyed that beach and fossil hunting....Great People. Smile and Stay Positive....I took my Chemo Novantrone Friday for the MS, still under the weather right now...Normal side effects.....When I am back to normal again we shall take off to Sanibel Island for a while. LOL

Sounds like great fun! I wish I could have been there, maybe next time.
I am sorry about the lesions but hey whatta ya gonna do? Maybe you should research a little more though? Dont know about the crabs much since I am unlike you praying for more lesions!

well is your on the devils arm Im on the other one...
I have to tell you steve I've only 2 infusions so far of the Tysabri but I have had ZERO side effects. keep me posted.

Please let us know how the Tysabri works. With MS you really know how to take it a day at a time. For me, I had good results with Copaxon, but everyone is a little different. At least a person has a choice now days, as when I first got MS, there was NOTHING but 'trial & error' med's available, so....GOOD LUCK and keep us posted as I am one of many who are praying for you and sending lots of mental good luck, to you AND Doe & your family! hell im just shocked you can dance..grin.. im glad to hear that you had a great time at the beach hon...not so great test results though..but i think you were expecting it...let us know how you make out with your drug of choice hon...
