I fyou know or when you find out let me know how veggies are also....as well as spices and salt (both are uncommon allergies but one never knows I am stomach wide very allergic to cumin) My allergy knowledge diet wise comes because I am vegan (gee could you have guessed tht :) ) and my environment allegy knowledge comes from my design education and design educator background. Sounds like you are really on the right track home environment wise - but pay attention also to all of the textiles products in your home as well as food pieces, cooking, serving, storing, eating. As a vegan and cook for fun i ahve a ton of vegan and vegetarian cookbooks and many address food allergies also, Also do you subscribe to these two magazines "Living Without" and "Natural Home' Hugs to all ofyou and I will keep you all in thoughts and prayers.

Hi see you onthe recipes for those with allergies could you or would you post a list or send a message as to what the allergens (food are0 to at least the best of your knowledge I also see asthma on the list - What tyoe of floor coverings or finishes do you have in the house as well as what our textile fibers (my background is in design with green design and design for health as one of my research interests) Hugs surely want to be able to do whatever we can for your girls

Close Food Allergies
Type of allergy: Other FoodsI have 3 children with food allergies. My middle daughter who is 4 has severe food allergies. As I write this she is in the hospital due to an allergic reaction over the easter holiday
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- Due to the amounts of what she is allergic to, this has proven difficult. Especially with cross contamination.
- EpiPen Working / Worked
- We have had to use an EpiPen on our middle daughter on 3 occasions.
Close Eczema
My daughter 4 yrs old suffers from severe eczema. Normally she will be 40-60% covered and when she has an allergic reaction she will be 100%.
Open Asthma
Type: Childhood AsthmaMy 4 yr old daughter has asthma, food allergies & eczema. I believe knowledge is king.
