    I am a mother of a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetes. He is 13 y.o. and an avid basketball player who plays intense basketball.I am looking for other sports players especially teenagers to give me info. I am a registered nurse and nursing instructor and I also teach endocrine (including diabetes). I know the information, I really need help with coping skills for both myself and my son.
