We are debating selling our house and downsizing! Oh, my gosh, I'm having a breakdown. We went out Sunday and looked. We want a 55 plus community. Some are gross and some are fabulous but outrageosly expensive! Our realtor is coming tonight to look at our house. I've been a mad person for 2 days trying to get this house ship shape. Man, we have so much shit and I have no idea what to do with it. I've stuffed crap under beds, under couchs and hidden other stuff in closets. How will I ever pack and get ready to move? How will I ever keep this house clean and picked up for it to be shown?
Downsizising will be great, but what to keep and what to heave? Can't have a yard sale out here in boondocks.

Oh Boy! I do not know the situation up there in NH, but most places in this country, downsizing is costing more money.. Maybe you could get one of those condos in Florida!!! I suppose, as long as I am able, I will stay in this house that my mom passed on to me and my brother. I just wish you the best! Personally, I would like to live in a place with a lot of activities...

well don't worry, they says homes that are lived in sell better and feel more homey to the lookers. Dont you fret Marti not everyone is looking at your stuff but the size and the floors and archways, the size of the bathroom, the kitchen counters...you know stuff like that. Make them some kettle corn and show um pics of your grandbabies then they will remember your house!
