It's a new day and I am feeling much better. I ran around yesterday getting beautiful (heehee) and doing food shopping. I was in bed last night at 9 p.m.

The sun is shining and there temp. is warm, well, warm for this time of year in northern New England. Lots of birds and squirrels at our feeders and I am just gazing out the window and enjoying the warmth of the sun. I have only one errand today and that it to take Lily for a haircut, poor love can't see from all the hair in her eyes. Plus she smells from being at the kennel for 4 days.

I have an electrician here this morning putting heat wire on a part of our roof and in the gutters on the back of the house. We had a nasty ice dam build up and it created a huge mess and water leaked onto our living room ceiling and into our newly painted bedroom. grrrrr!!!! So that will be fixed and hopefully won't happen again; I wonder what will happen next? It always seems to be something with this house. It's like the money pit.

Don't fret, Marti, I have a money pit as well! Really though with Guy finishing the bathroom, the $400 I spent on the shower door and the cabinets seem pretty minimal... Hated to spend the money, but you know, I'm living here for the rest of my days on this Earth, so it was worth it! xoxoxo Cj

Money pit I think every house in New England is a money pit. Just comes with the territory! Darn climate, Love to hate it! LOL Have a great day, hope Lily enjoys the haircut! Love, M
