What MS? :)
Today I´m in Prague, will be there till Sunday, yayayay... When I´m away I feel as almost I wasnt sick at …

Oh my gosh is 2008. I am at a loss as to how 2007 disappeared so quickly. It has been a long and stressful year despite many blessings. Trying to get mother’s estate settled has been way too much for my MS. And here it is 2008 and it’s still not settled. Too much stress with brother and sister and way too much fighting with them. None of us are really friendly with the other now and I’m sure Mother is dreadfully unhappy and rolling in her grave.
My health has deteriorated and I now walk with a cane and have very little energy. I struggled last spring and summer with my beautiful gardens and am not sure how on earth I will keep them up this year. The one good thing is that I am not make any more beds but do hope to plant shrubs next to the north side of the house and some small trees in the back 40. (with Hon’s help of course!)
Sophie is heading for 16 months and is the light of our world. We absolutely hate being this far away from her. However, JW has set his web cam up to Skype and we are now able to see her, hear her and watch her play. If we call her name she runs to the computer and says, ‘hi.’ She also waves good-bye! New is baby is any minute and we are just waiting for the call!! They are toying with the name Loralie (sp) and all of us hate it! However, it’s not our kid and as grandparents we can only bite our tongues. We will love it no matter what the name.
Jason is still in Prague and will soon be jobless. How we wish he would come home and get a job here in the states. Don’t think that’s going to happen but a Mommy and Daddy can hope and pray. He’s debating the idea of working for a company based in Dubai (where???) that is hoping to open a graphic design and advertising agency in Prague (where??). His field is engineering and we hate to see him get into something else. We didn’t pay thousands for him to go to college and then switch careers. However, it’s his life and we just sit by and say, ‘whatever!’
Bettina is happy with her new man and is beyond thrilled with the amount of snow we have received so far. 44 plus inches and counting ... She and Hon are having a blast on the slopes and I am so thankful she got him back skiing. You go old guy!!
Well, I sure hope God continues to bless us and grace us in 2008. I hope my health remains stable (this is stable, I fall down all the time) and I hope Hon figures out a way to retire so we can remain in our beautiful home. Who knew the taxes would jump so high.
Hope, Health, fabulous Dreams and Goals for a Happy New Year!!
