Marah's Journal

The part came in for my car.  It was supposed to take one hour.  Took three.  My son wanted to take my husband and I out for dinner with his girlfriend, who we finally got to meet.  I was late because of the stupid car!  Dinner was nice, girlfriend was nice and very pretty.  But then!  This morning I went to the gym to do strength and core.  It is my daughter's birthday, so I was going to take her out to lunch and shopping.  But first, I went to church to sing in the choir for a funeral for a very nice older gent.  Driving out of the parking lot, my car made a horrible noise and then died!!!!  I went to call AAA, realized I didn't have my cell phone, started walking home.  A fellow church member gave me a ride home, so that was nice.  Called AAA from home, had to ride my bike back to the church parking lot so they could tow it.  Had it towed to a different shop.  Satan and his minions will be having snowball fights before I take my car back to them again!  Now I have to figure out how to salvage the rest of the day for my daughter.  UUGGHHH!!!!!!

Well, I am putting bad, not horrible, because I was able to ride my bike up to my stupid car.  And no one was hurt, yet, I may pay a visit to the shop that ruined my car.  Physically I feel pretty good today, but mentally I am a total wreck.
