Really beautiful day, almost makes up for yesterday. Almost makes up for waking up to toilet paper all over my garden. I guess we have arrived. Went to the gym for weight and core stuff this morning, then came home for a bike ride. Really nice. Eating today, haven't been so good. Had strawberries and low fat waffles for breakfast, not too bad. But after my bike ride, I was craving nuts, so kinda high fat. Then I made a been dip for lunch, a can of black beans and a can of tomatoes. Had that with "baked tostitos". I need to try not to eat until dinner, but that seems so far away. Oh well, will power. Wonder where I can buy some of that. Well, I need to get my son's birthday package off to the post office.
If you find that store that sells "will-power" let me know as I need at least 10 cases! At least you do the exercise part so regularly. So far, I've just got the eating part down pat!
