Horses are a life long passion and hopefully I will get to own another one before too long. I love animals. 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 love birds.I love GOD and praying for others.       I was diagnosed 4 years ago after a hystorectomy. Suffered with arm and leg pain as a young child. I remember having migraines as young as 10. My neck and shoulders hurt almost everyday.My back and legs hurt most days too. Lately, my elbows hurt-very intense at night. I don't sleep well. Most meds don't work for long.

      Treatments

      Atkins Diet Working / Worked
      This diet works well for me. I've used it a few times in the past 10 years. The first time I had 45 pounds to lose. The trick is to find certain recepies and certain snacks that you can have. There are lots of them- I just had to search for them. I really like this diet program because every now and then I gain about 10 to 12 pounds-which is bad for the fibro and arthritis. This program makes it easier for me to maintain my weight.I also take the l-carnatine and CO Q 10 on a regular basis.
