been 1 wk since she left, but feels like 4ever. Our daughter & I kind of wander thru life now.still in shock. She needed space/time to be on her own. I love her enough to let her go for now.32,&I found the woman I'm supposed to be with. Can't just let that go! time apart is killing me! Got meds to relieve anxiety but can't refocus. I know in my heart we are meant, but if for some reason she doesn't agree..I need to gain strength to go on without her. Just want others to talk to about this.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- Just went to Dc for meds this week. Lexapro in am 10 mg and Seraquil 100 mg at bed. Ativan (generic kind) as needed.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- they try to help me out with words, and hugs..sometimes works
