That is so important...it also means you are a wonderful "heart", because it is hard for people to say that and you couldn't if you didn't know yourself to be a good person. I love myself too...took alot of years to be able to say that, when you grow up being put down. But if I didn't know me...I would want to have me as my best friend...I can now honestly and objectively look at myself and say "Susan, you are a kind and loving person, and I love you".I think it is wonderful you love YOU!!!!How can we expect others to love us, when we don't even love ourselves? We must SEE our self-worth in order for others to see it.
And so you should, how can we expect anyone else to love us if we don't??
