I am a full time working single Mum of two children, living on the West Coast of New Zealand. Would like to meet new supportive friends!
Texas, since my best friend and soulmate lives there! I love music and I love the outdoors...esp the beach! I love to make people smile. If someone has smiled because of me today, then I am smiling too.

Hi! I'm back on DS and just wanted to say hello. Hope all is well!
HI all! I am from New Zealand and have been looking for a support site with real people! I stumbled accross this one and so far, it looks really good! I gave up smoking in November 06 and now I am tackling the weight and have found it rather lonely. The quit smoking blog site I used was really handy, so hoping this is too.
I gave up smoking and have so much energy, I want to lose weight and I so much want to be fit again and be there and watch as my children grow up
I have two wonderful children. A 13yr old girl and a 12yr old boy. When they were planned I thought it was a good idea to have them so close but now that they are getting their hormones at the same time, no wonder I am going grey...
My best friend, partner and soul mate has been battling bone cancer for about 4 years now. I don't really wanna write too much at this stage, It just hurts too much at the moment to type, but are interested to read and see what others are feeling, I know I am not alone in this, but sometimes I really feel like it
Hello. November last year I become smoke-free after 24 years of smoking. I would like to join this community as I know how hard it is to quit and also know what its like to be a non-smoker. The support site here in NZ kept me going and I think without it I am not sure I would have made it, so I guess...what comes around goes around..and if I can help in anyway..please let me know
I have two children in their early teens and still learning parenting every day...and still enjoying it, but these hormones...wow!
