Really bad night last night. Up all night with the most terrible dental pain. The whole of my left jaw constantly …

Hello Kelly...
Living with a chornic ailment is tough, and pain is no fun, so I truly understnd what it's like. I know you're doing the best you can at managing your symptoms. To the exrent that you can, just stay positive, focus on all the good in your life, and stay in the present. Have you been dx'd yet or even had MS ruled out?
As for the swollen ankles, I am also suffering from this condition (for about a month now). My doctor is monitoring me. Advises me to keep legs elevated during the day, wear compression stockings and prescribed a diuretic. I had to stop taking the diuretic because with me having mobility limitations, it's difficult to get up and run to the bathroom when the urge to go hits - on demand. I am also scheduled for a vascular ultrasound as my doctor want to see the vondition of my veins. A sluggish lymphatic/circulatory sysytem is what causes edema and the swelling. So the doctor also advises that I try to become more physcially active.
One thing that might help you are ankle circles. You do this by lying on the floor, resting legs against a
wall and slowly rotating your ankles in circles for two minutes. Next, massage your calves, rubbing down toward your heart for 2 minutes before standing. Hope this helps.
Till we talk again, wishing you a good day and sending you HUGS!
Love, Lynne

oh kelly i know how you feel! i'm having some of the swollen feet and ankles stuff tonight too. i also used to work from dawn to dusk.
we just can't anymore. we have to learn how to pace ourselves.. the people around us have to understand and we have to give ourselves permission to pace ourselves according to how we feel from day to day or hour to hour.
maybe we can help each other!
i'm here for you!
