About Me
I'm 19 and live at home with mum, my brother Chris and my two cats Duchess and Felix. I work at a mental health hospital as a nursing assistant. Sarah is my best friend, i love her so much! Unfortunately she has cystic fibrosis but shes always got a smile on her face. I'm also currently learning to drive. Am single and prefer it that way.
Interests
Musicals, dance, art, animals, fags, junk food!!! Am in the local operatic society and we get to do lots of singing and dancing. Love spending time with friends. Me and Sarah hope to travel over the next couple of years and then we hope to get a flat together!

Big Hugs!! It is frustrating and it takes time. Everyone reacts differently to medications. I would love a quick fix . I been this way for as long as i can remember and I'm still looking for the right medicaion combination.

Close Bipolar Disorder
I'm 19, mum has bipolar, dad has depression. I was told to take a month off and was put on an antipsychotic as i was in and out of hypomania, although i have been diagnosed with a mood disorder my pdoc has told me it is not bipolar. hav com off olanzapine, still have the CMHT coming out to see me once a week, am depressed again and hav bin put on a low dose of lamictal.
Treatments
- Zyprexa Somewhat Helpful
- Has been upped to 5mg a day. Making me feel weird; not quite myself, but i'm sleeping well and the anxiety has vertually gone. Still agitated at times. Mood dropping.
- Valium Somewhat Helpful
- Were as required. Calmed me down, made me relaxed. Only short term as are addictive.
- Prozac Not Working
- Were on 20mg a day. Made m irritable/agitated, anxious, with racing thoughts and pressure of speech.
- Lamictal Too Soon to Tell
- hav bin put on 25mg a day 4 14 days and then 2 a day.
