It can get you down, make you feel isolated, frightened to mix with people etc. But remember, the old you is still under all this we go through, just waiting to be brought to the surface again. She cant go away, she is part of you, dont let her get lost, find her again. May take time, but she is there. Maybe in ways you dont realize yet she is with you, just look, may be surprised, you still have the same interests and things I am guessing as you did before? What we can do that is. Take care, Aust
