About Me
Divorced after 10 years of marriage. My X told me he wanted to separate on 12/27/06 and divorce was final 10/30/07. It was a very big surprise to me as I thought we had a great relationship. I am now adjusting to single life again and trying to move on.
Interests
I enjoy hiking, biking and just getting outdoors. I'm a huge animal lover and spoil my cats rotten. I've met some great friends here on DS and enjoy getting together with them.

Close Breakups & Divorce
Divorced as of 10/30/07. My husband moved out 3 days before our anniversary. There were no signs that I saw that he was so unhappy. I ignorantly thought we had a great marriage. I've learned a few things about myself and relationships over the past year going through this experience. We are friendly with each other which I think makes things a bit easier. I am devastated that my marriage is over but I am moving on and having fun again. Looking forward to a new life...a new beginning.

Close Colon Cancer
My mother passed away from colon cancer in 2002. My brother was recently diagnosed with colon cancer that has spread to his liver and lungs.
