I'm so sorry for yoour loss. I was also married just 3 yrs and 5 mths. I didn't know of my husbands use of methadone so I don't know much about it. Maybe you can help fill me in.

Type: Loss of a Partner/SpouseSCOTT WAS 44. THEY SAY HE DIED OF AN ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE.I FIND THIS HARD TO BELIVE.HE HAD A PAST DRINKING PROBLEM AND DRUG PROBLEM.HE WAS DOING ALOT MORE PAINKILLERS IN THE PAST THEN HE WAS AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH.

My husband was just told he had polycythemia vera. I just don't what to expect. we were just married may 31 2008. Arron is my 2nd husband. My 1st husband died in May 2006. I don't think Arron tells me every thing the doc. tells him because he dosn't want me to worry. I have tried to do research on my own' but everything is in medical terms I don't understand. He only wants to sleep and I feel so lonely. I know he can't help it. He is depressed and feels like he has been handed a death sentance.
