      after my newest arrival to my family i started feeling down and as though everything i did was wrong and stupid i hated myself and everyone around me apart ffrom my newborn i cant eat dont hardly sleep and have no-one who understands what im going through i feel like im always having a fight with myself and my thoughts ive been to my doctors who refered me to psychiatrist which was not helpfull i went back to gp and am now on anti depressents
