I am divorced and very happy with life. I have a beautiful 3 year old son and my ex is still my best friend. We were high school sweeties, started dating when we were 15 and realized that we had both matured into 2 different people. We still consider ourselves a family as we have a son together and enjoy spending time with him together. We have both since moved on and are dating other people but remain good friends. I love life and I love living life!

Close Family Issues
My parents divorced when I was 1. My dad was an alcoholic and much of my life he was not apart of. He was always making empty promises to me, he was never there for me but yet I was always made felt guilty by him. It has taken me 27 years to realize that I don't need him in my life anymore. I am tired of the games he plays and have finally decided that I am going to stop communication with him.
