  Hello there!! It's good to hear from you after such a long time - I like the sound of your job (I really like dogs) Are you still singing in the band? Hey - filll me in. I'm OK - just fell over & damaged my spine: got cramps in 1 foot ,& forgot I can't stand on 1 leg - whamp! Muscles in rigor, due to spine hurt. Was driving for 1 day without Car Registration & Ins. Wow! Was stuck home for a week - not funny. I'm using that old walking stick all the time now. Take care, JaneD.

  i developed agoraphobia in 93 and have the most grotty symptoms i also have chronic anxiety and as ive said to all my DS mates with these bloody horrid conditions "may a flock of birds crap on you from a great hieght the minute you say "pull yourself toghether" hehe it is an Illness but some cretins ...if they cant see a wound think youre ok! im from London incase you thaught what is she trying to say??hahayou can speak to me anytime SaraXXX

  Hi there HH, Good to hear from you-thought I'd lost you somewhere-have been absent for about 2 weeks getting this up & running again, & before that 2 months offline -bad! Had teeth out-antibiotics: adverse drug reaction: followed by hideous eye infection-more antibiot. & then allergic reaction - ALL during the week before & during Christmas.! Walking blind for 2 days-living alone isn't good. Off to Western Aust. for hols mid.April - younger d's paying my fare - into the semi-desert & warmth. How's the hair doing? I woud have cut mine off for New year, but couldn't see to do it! Fond regards janeD.

  hello HHenderson777 I read ur profile and I'm with u on that exept for being an only child but I get I can come close by saying I'm like the .... ..... of my family. & All my freinds that I had but one allowed themselves to be pulled down by drugs & I'm the only one who has done something with there life since then & wants to get some where better but & I also know alot about Anxiety & Depression too since I hav suffered it for more then 18 years and just got back on my feet a little while ago & I'm stornger then ever before physically mentally, & emotionally , .. .........but if ever want to chat just let me know would love to ......I hav to go and bye
