I HAVE ALL KINDS OF EQUIPMENT HERE AT THE HOUSE 4 THE PT 2 USE. SO MUCH BETTER AT HOME THEN HAVING 2 GO OUT. I AM STILLHAVING TROULBE WITH MY BACK SO THE PT SAID WE HAVE 2 START OFF LIGHT AGAIN N WORK OUR WAY BACK. WHATS GOOD THIS TIMEAROUND IS THAT I WILL BE ALSO DOING EXCERZISES IN THE POOL AND WILL BE GETTING MASSAGES. HOW R U HOLDING OUTWITH THIS CRAZY HUMIDITY..

Type: Relapsing-remitting MSmy neurologist believes i've had ms since my late 20's and about age 40 my walking became compromised with back pain and imbalance. my left leg drags when fatigued so i don't walk unassisted (lofstrans). yoga and elliptical cross-trainer assist with exercise. i have a husband of 23 years and a daughgter who is 37 from a first marriage. also have a brittany, maggie, age 14 who probably knows ms better than the humans in my life. she's the best.
