It was a little warm today, 98. That's alittle too early for that here in PA. At least it's a dry heat.

Hey Mike, It's hot here too, but with the humidity. I just ordered one of those cooling vest. I know I probably won't get it till it cools down, but I will have it for the next heatwave. Sorry to hear that you're thigh is hurting. I've not used any of the shots for ms yet. I am working on avoiding them as long as possible since I hate needles and can't afford them anyhow.I hope you have better luck next time with your shot. xxoo, Holly
