From Cathy (RockstarsMom):

Shirley (Cathy's daughter) and Chandler (newborn grandson) have both deteriorated over the weekend. He, Chandler, was medevaced to Edmonton Children's Hospital, Sunday, and the operated on him for a perforated bowel at midnight last night. He survived the operation and is doing as well as can be hoped. They left his bowel outside his body as it cause less stress if they need to do further procedures. Shirley has some sort of autoimmune disease, not yet specified. Her hemoglobin is so low they are giving her blood transfusions and she also has necrotic places on her fingers, which she has no feeling in. She is also coughing to the point of regurgitation. So all prayers are gratefully received and needed. I won't get to the journals and possibly not even my messages or hugs. Please don't give up on me, I'll be back. I could not survive another family tragedy.

Please get those prayer circles going, ladies. Each time we have prayed for miracles, they have been received. Let's wrap Cathy and her family in our love. God bless you all - Barbara
