I am a sales rep in telecommunications and just lost my dad to cancer, 7/13/07. I'm a wife and mom of 3 kids and dealing with all that goes with that. Looking forward to happier days.
country music, concerts, shopping, my ATV, weekends at my summer cabin, exercising, pilates, hockey (go Sabres!), football (go Bills), day spas, and Starbucks!

Sounds like a plan! And thank you for the compliment!
Its okay. Thank you for that. I am feeling a lil better today, though as with all grief, some days are good and some are bad. I don't expect them all to be good, but I'm glad I won't always be sad. I know I'll be able to move on.
Thank you for your advice comment about my daughter...I do hope you are right. I'm saying a lot of prayers right now.
HELLO!!!!!!!! How are you doing now?
Just read your journal about feeling like your Dad is further and further away. I felt that way about my Mom until I saw my first butterfly of the season and then dreamed that she and I were having a long talk. I forget what we talked about but I have the feeling she was imparting some wisdom from beyond. All this is to say that I hope this comes true with your Dad as well, that he appears to you when you least expect it. Keep your eyes open for butterflies...they are a sign.
I just lost my dad to bone cancer, Osteosarcoma on Friday, July 13, 2007. Still in disbelief he's gone. He suffered so and this disease took him in 7 months.
Dad just passed and I can't believe it and I can't stop crying.
made a stupid decision to ride an ATV early one morning and slammed into a tree. Broke my arm, crushed my elbow. A year later, another surgery and my hand's completely messed up. Meds the rest of my life.
My dad passed from Osteosarcoma on July 13, 2007 and my uncle just passed, 3/25/2006 of prostate cancer. Bone cancer is absolute the most ugly cancer to watch. Left painful memories
4 weeks @ Weight Watchers and doing well but hungry a lot! Want to eat normal foods but find it hard to plan & prepare them.
ATV accident left me with a displaced ulner nerve. After surgery, condition now is a life of medication to help with the pain from elbow down to two fingers which constantly tingle and cramp.
just trying to get to a healthy weight & muscle tone
mom of three, 18, 16 & 11
