Close ADHD / ADD
I am 30 yr man with ADD. It can be hard to get motivated time to time. On one med wich helps some.I just work on today. I also go to a 12 step program for Overeating and that helps to be resposible for my self. It also help with saport. Time to time I help my Mom with looking after her dogs will she is at work. I also like Music, Movies, Thiater, and having fun. Wich I try to keep somewhat besy.
