Hi Everyone!

Using gold font for Ashlee (color for childhood cancer) till she is cured, then will go for purple which is for survivor of cancer . Can't wait for that day. It isn't hard on my eyes on this end, hope it isn't on yours. Ashlee update is she should be home from the hospital tonight. This round of Chemo went pretty good. She slept threw most of it and this morning had a breakfast of chips and kool-aide. Good sign she was able to eat something. I imagine the salt helped her tummy. And kool-aide just plain taste good to when you don't feel well.

Had a busy few days. Was hoping to get a bike ride in but just ran out of time. I did get some new shoes to get to the gym tomorrow. Have what I am going to wear all laid out. I need to work out a schedule so I fit what I want to do in and making the gym or a bike ride the priority and not the when I get to it.

Beautiful day here. Had the moon roof open and the windows down threw all my errands. I can't believe it is the middle of October. Winter is coming (not thrilled with Michigan's winters). Parents are packed and ready to head to Arizona soon. I hear it is going to be a mild winter. Crossing fingers that is true.

Hope everyone is having a good day. I been busy trying to get in the last minute nice weather. Come winter you will get sick of me...lol. Thinking about all of you.

Glad to hear Ashlee came through this chemo well. God bless her. We are monthly partners with St. Jude and they help so many young children with cancer and other ailments. It breaks my heart to see anyone sick but especially a child. I will keep on praying for her and her family. It was pretty out here today but they are calling for storms tomorrow. Have a rested evening and a wonderful day tomorrow..Grace to you..Barbara

Glad that Ashlee did well this time. So hard to watch the ones we love suffer. The weather here is just beautiful, well today it is going to be rainy and windy, so I should say it was beautiful.lol I just love fall. Good for you on making getting to the gym a priority!!! LYL tonya

It's young people like Ashlee that are an insriration to us old folks. I agree with sweetmama,could never get sick of you. Definitely have wonderful memories as a kid at winter time in MI. Sledding, snow forts and snowball fights. Ice skating. Use to jump off my dad's roof when the snowbanks would be about eight feet high. Come inside and Ma would have hot chocolate. Let Ashlee know that we love her and are lifting her in prayer. Got you covered as well. Take care and God bless, James
