Hi Everyone,

Reading updates from my friends, some good and some have alot of pain. I pray it all gets better.

Well the guys are off to a Red Wings game tonight. They sure where excited to go. We love hockey. I didn't go. I just got back from Texas late Monday night. At the hotel used the hot tub and think it gave me a bladder infection. Talk about an awful pain. Anyway, I was good and got right in. Last time I waited and it went up into my kidneys, I was a day away from being in the hospital. I hate going to the doctors, but realize what can happen if you don't take care of these things.

My trip to Texas was really nice. I went to see my close friends daughter graduate from collage. Her mom didn't go so she asked if I would. It was a lot of travel and time on planes (Lubbock Texas, me in Algonac Michigan) but was worth it. I received lots of hugs from her and lots of thank you. Not sure how she did it in that part of Texas. There is nothing there! I mean nothing but praire dogs and farm land. But I loved seeing another part of Texas. Huston still feels more like a second home. For such a big area of Texas people are so laid back. Hey how y'all doing, everywhere you go, and will have conversations in the check out lines like no one is in a hurry. Lines can be long but really don't see anyone complain or be irritated. If it wasn't for the major hot summers I would move there.....ha.

Ashlee is doing well and we are looking forward to flower planting Saturday. I should be feeling much better by then. Hugs and love to all. Mary
