Hi Everyone,

Yeah I been missing in action. It has been kind of crazy here. Good news is Ashlee is having such a wonderful summer and is feeling so good and her hair is really growing back. Sad news is my Grandfather is dying of cancer. They say only a matter of time, 3 to 4 months. Hospice has been in and they say maybe only 6 weeks. Only God knows when his time will really be. He has been a big part of my life all my life, I seen him always except for 3 years when I was in Germany (I went over after I was born and staying till 3 since my dad was there in the military). It is going to be hard. I am going threw pictures so we can make a memory board at the funeral. Alot of memories and good ones. I am really blessed I still have my grandparents after all these years. I will focus on celebrating his long wonderful life. Hugs to all of you.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are having a good Sunday. Weather is a bit chilly here but at least the sun is out now.

Yesterday spent a good amout of time weeding and planting flowers. I still have more to plant. I love flowers and growing my own veggies and herbs. Nothing better then walking out to the garden to gather things for dinner. Can't get much freasher. And flowers so far have planted about 13 flats. Every where you look there is bright colors. Will have to post some pictures.

Ashlee is doing well and almost done with radiation. Her neck is really getting sore and looking so dark. They put special cream on it but still is burnt. Poor kid, but she feels good unlike when she was going therw chemo.

My father in law (such a sweet man) just found out he is in the very early stages of pancratic (sp?)cancer. The doctors say they have some treatments and it looks good they will take care of it. Still, that kind of cancer is scary. Keep him in your prayers.

Not much else going on today, just been a restful day really. I think I over did it yesterday and why I feel kind of lazy today. But it is a day of rest right? ;-).
