Today is my birthday.. yippy.. it pretty nice day but for it being a little hot

UPDATED GOALS
Went to my brother wedding this last weekend in vegas. Had a great time. So happy for him. I didnt have much pain was able to sit during the whole wedding and reception with out to much discomfert, but boy did it kick my butt.. when we got home i passed out for most of the day yesterday and night..
