Everything has been going well but I am waiting for something to happen.I have always been that way,on guard and on edge just waiting for the bottom to drop out.
I wonder if thats part of the illness.growing up was always like that never knowing what my dads mood would be after work or did he go to the bar after work,it was just like flipping a coin ,never knew how it would turn out.
I have a hard time relaxing ,always waiting.
This is one of the things I am trying to work thru.
