I am just trying to get a few things done before I go in to work today. I felt so bad yesterday, i think it was because my blood pressure was so low. My husband insisted in calling the DR office and telling them this. They said to drop off one of the pills i had been taking. I was taking 4 labetalol and 2 altace a day. This was bring my BP way too low. So hopefully i will feel better today(i do already)my husband went to his Dr yesterday and he is doing so much better with his blood platelets...they are way up there. He will be able to come off the prednisone in 2 weeks. This is good, because prednisone makes you ache and not sleep and feel really bad. I want to recommend a good book, i just finished reading it, "Mistaken identity" about the Taylor U students that were in a car crash in April of 2006. They got these two girls mixed up...and thought one was dead and she was still alive. I saw the families tell their story on "Orprah" and "dateline" and it was interesting. The book however, goes into more detail of the spiritual insights the families had during this terrible time in their lives, how God was an ever present help to them in their darkest hour. The book details how the families grew closer to God and how God works through any situation to bring about good. The book is not depressing at all, it gives you hope and encouragement. I noticed the book is on the bestsellers list, so it should be easy to find at any book store or Walmarts. I hope you all will read it. I think today is going to be a beautiful spring day. until next time...Jan
Thanks for the info about the book. I will look for it. I am glad your hubby is doing better. As far as you be careful with the meds. You did the right thing in calling the dr.

That accident was in the news for weeks here. Good news about your hubby. And good for him for calling the DR for you. Hope you are feeling better soon.
