Close Anxiety
i had a traumatic experience 10 years ago and got panicked andthe ER they treated as a heart attack. Since then i was having anxiety panics. When in panic i feel heart thumping, heart racing, helplessness, dizzy etc. i have been on xanax, anti depressants, ssri at different times. now on valium only. i live alone and it is disressing if it happens in the middle of the night.. it helps if i can talk someone in chat rooms or online. i dont have friends and relatives close by.
Treatments
- Valium Working / Worked
- i am taking 2.5mg right now. works most of the time. but gets panicky at times. if reduced i feel high pulse and heart thumping, light headed, weak joints etc
