hi, I am an involved aunt of a 13 year old by. My borther got his ugly and difficult divorce when he was 3 year old. Mother is conservative, super religious, very strict. father is liberal, non religious, not strict. she has physical custody, they other have joint legal custody. he lives with mom. she orders the boy what to do? he talks and discusses things with him. He has always been happier and more relaxed when he come to dad's house and has wanted to move. now the tables have turned.
