OK, heres the thing. I am not sure if theres a age range on here but I am currently 14 yrs old going on 15, I will be a sophmore in hs next month. My parents divorced when I was 5, my dad remarried less then 2 yrs of his divorce.She emotionally abuses me and my dad follows in her path by putting me down and discouraging me from almost anything.I take the anger and sadness out on my mom and it always backfires ,I cry every night and I need help! I dont want counseling cuz I feel like I am weak.

Whats the point of writting? It doesnt solve anything, in fact laying out what is happening to me makes me feel even more depressed!
