      I found out I had RA about 2 yrs ago after the birth of my son. I have tried many medications with no success. Currently I take prednisone, enbrel, 800 mg ibprofens and more pain meds. just to function. I am 26 years old.

      Treatments

      Enbrel Somewhat Helpful
      With Enbrel I have seen improvements however I have infections constantly. Seriously, I am always on antibiotics.
      Pain Management Clinic Somewhat Helpful
      works but it just masks the pain
      Prednisone Not Working
      Makes me sick, dizzy, hyper, overall awful. Like drinking 5 cups of coffee without any relief.
      Tylenol Somewhat Helpful
      I take up to 1600 mg a day.

    • Close Breastfeeding

      I have been breastfeeding my son for 21 months now. I plan on going for 2 years. I don't like the stigma surrounding breastfeeding in our society and wish that people in our society were more comfortable with the human body.
