About Me
I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS, and several depression. Everytime I try a new treament & it does not help, my depression gets worse. I have lost my job and my med's are using up all of our savings. I was a Human Resources Mgr, & loved the job. My passion is dogs, if I could I would have a big ranch with lots of dogs.

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I lost my job in 2005 due to FMS, CFS, IBS. I loved my job as a Human Resources Manager but I could not keep up. My depression seems to be getting worse
Treatments
- Klonopin Somewhat Helpful
- Helps with anxiety
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- Does not seem to be working as well anymore
- Pain Management Clinic Working / Worked
- I pain med's do help but I hate taking them and I have been on the same dossage for 3 yrs because I do not want to increase them
Close Fibromyalgia
I lost my job in 2005 due to Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue. My employer encouraged me to go on disability permently, because since I was a Manager I had a Long Term Disability policy that was supposed to last until age 66. Well every thing I have from depression, fibro, chronic fatigue was only covered for 2 years. That was a low blow. I have almost depleated our savings with all my med. expences. Also I was never a very good speller, but now I feel like a ist grader.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Too Soon to Tell
- I am hopefull that in the long run this will really help me.
- Duragesic Patch Not Working
- I have this about 5 yrs ago and it did not work
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- But it makes me sweat like crazy
- Lyrica Not Working
- I tried this twice because other people were having great success. It was the worse med I ever took, it made me very sick.
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- Worked for awhile but then it stopped working
- Vitamin B12 Too Soon to Tell
- Zanaflex Somewhat Helpful
- I use this only as needed, does help a little
