I've been living with bulimia for 2 1/2 years, and six months ago began CBT treatment with a therapist. I feel like I'm approaching recovery but something is missing, I still binge and now and again end up purging, and I'm looking for that last push up.
Treatments
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Prozac has been a god send for my depression, but I still have binges-although they are less frequent and seem to be less severe
- Psychotherapy Considering
- It's been great to have an objective voice to talk to, but sometimes I wish I could be more active in my treatment.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My boyfriend has done wonders for me!
