It seems like we have similar goals. I keep myself physically fit and mentally healthy via eating and exercising too. Trying to making myself happy by doing stuffs that I like. Yes, I tried my first Acupuncture last Monday. Not so sure if it helps to relax me, but I think why not if it really boost up the success rate of getting pregnant. You never try you never know. Keep up the good work!
