About Me
Most women dont realize how lucky they are to be pregnant or have a baby. After ttc for 3 years DH and I finally turned to an RE clinic. We completed an IVF cycle in October 08, and got our BFP! This is a true blessing. I hope to have a healthy pregnancy, and to hold healthy baby(ies) in my arms next summer (09).
Interests
running, travelling esp to Europe, cooking, taking walks with DH

Hey!!! I am still feeling great! No morning sickness, no REALLY bad fatigue, just tired more than normal, kind of sore boobs still. But things are great! We go in for another ultra sound on Dec 9 - it can't come fast enough!!!! :o) How are you?!?!

Hey!!!! I am SOOOO excited you got to see/hear the heartbeat! It was amazing hey? We are like right on the same schedule hey? And like sameheart rates & everything! lol :o) Its so awesome being able to go through this with someone! I still feel so great - I have felt sick at all! Just tired still & even thats not as bad as it could be! I just keep thanking God everyday that I am not sick! I haven't seen my RE since our ET - its a little different here in Canada then it is in the states I think! But I do have my OB - we go for our first visit on Jan 19. Today I just have an appt with my family Dr. just to chat & ask any questions if we have any! We already had our Thanksgiving here in Canada in October so no plans for today - just working! Any plans for you today though? I hear you guys have AMAZING shopping tomorrow though - GOSH I wish I could be there! I have told our family. We did as soon as we found out, and some friends no. Our "Big Announcement" will be after Dec 22 - we have our 11 week ultra sound then & if things look good - we are going to let it be public knowledge! When is your next ultra sound? *hugs & mommy love* Britany!

Hi Kathy, I feel the same way. I have had alot of nausea and my boobs kill me.. I am going to my parents today for dinner and then my brother in laws for dessert. Enjoy your turkey today!! gobble gobble!!

Close Infertility
I've been happily married for 4 yrs, ttc for 3 yrs. Recently went to RE. Poor morph. Decided to proceed to IVF w/ICSI in October 08. Really hoping that it will work!
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- started accupunture in Sept 08. Will continue with weekly treatments until ET at end of October. Helps with stress. My acupunturist also made diet recommendations.
- Artificial Insemination Considering
- considered IUI vs IVF w/ ICSI. Decided to proceed straigt to IVF since the % of BFP are higher
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- A bit uncomfortable but bearable. Everything looked fine.
- Hysteroscopy Working / Worked
- RE performed diagnostic hysteroscopy to make sure that there are no polyps etc. All clear and OK to proceed to IVF.
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- Doing IVF w/ ICSI in October 08. Our cycle worked and we got a BFP. Very happy with our decision to proceed straight to IVF for treatment.
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Not Working
- One showed ovulation on day 8, other on day 14.
