LOL I had RNY on July 12, 08 (surgiversary)and am happy to have found this positive, supportive site. I'm looking forward to all the positive changes in my life. Thanks for the hug, the wedding was wonderful. It was one of those moments that seemed to last forever, but was over in an instance. I have lots of pics (that other people took) I have to get from them. It was gorgeous day and so darn beautiful. A moment in time that I'll never forget and never wanted to end I will post pics very soon!!! Still in Cabo now on our honeymoon.
Prayer
Hi Sweetpea, Thanks for your concern and prayers. These days we all need prayers and support from others. My oldest son (35) had another siezure because he was mixing alcohol with his meds and trying to hide it from his wife and others. I'm an alcoholic too so I knew he was lying everytime I'd ask if he'd been drinking. I'm so grateful that he is still alive and now in the hospital getting the help he needs. Hopefully he'll continue with what he learns when he gets out. My other son, thought I'd taught my children compassion but I guess I didn't do a very good job. The dr won't remove the tumor on my kidney since it has not grown in the past 2 months. He said it was too dangerous of a surgery unless they absolutely have to. What??? Still trying to lose the 30 I gained back it's tough. I've been going thru my clothing and putting away my favorite skinny stuff. If I haven't lost at least half of what I want in the next 6 months. They are all going to charity. Enough about my continual saga's. How are you doing? Did you get past your plateau? I've read your profile and you are really doing great with your new tool. Keep up the good work. Even if you didn't lose anymore, look what you have accomplished. Take care Conoco
